How to Prepare for Your Session

You are more powerful than you know.

Hydrate.

 

Water is a powerful electrical conductor. Do your best to be fully hydrated prior to your session.

Set your intention.

 

Take time to connect with your heart’s desire. What is your intention for your life? Here are a few examples: 

  • To align with my true self– the person before accepting expectations from family, friends, teachers, and bosses.

  • To discover, embrace and share your unique purpose and gift(s) with the world. 

  • To adopt a new paradigm in order to alleviate stress body aches, and to stop living a life full of resistance. 

  • To love my body and appreciate all the experiences we have had together so I can heal and create a healthier environment. 

After setting your intention, imagine what life would be like once you’ve achieved this intention. How do you feel? How would it impact your relationship with yourself, your family, your community, and even the world? Reflect on your intentions often. 

Arrive early and turn off your phone.

 

Arrive 5-minutes early and jot your “to do'' list and any distracting thoughts on a piece of paper. Take a few minutes to be calm and to focus on your breath. Breath or prana is energy. Leave your “work” and distractions in the car.
