  • What to Expect

    After supporting the movement of energy through the central channel we will comb through your biofield using a variety of methods such as tuning forks to transmute energy that is no longer serving your highest self.

  • Before Your Session

    There are simple ways to prepare your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic bodies. Simply drink plenty of water, set your intention, arrive early, and turn off your phone.

  • During Your Session

    Your energy knows what needs to be released. Use this time to re-establish your relationship with your energy and trust it. Focus on being present, openminded and engage with your practitioner.

  • After Your Session

    Continue to release after your session. Support your session by drinking plenty of water, grounding, taking a salt water bath and/or reflecting in your journal.
