During Your Session

 

Every client and every session is unique. Just know you are enough and your energy will guide the session. Simply be present, be open-minded, and be engaged with your practitioner.

Breathe.

Releasing energy doesn’t have to be complex.

Be present.

 

A tumultuous river is calm deep under the surface. You may be distracted by fears, anxiety, and to do lists, but deep down you are also still. Throughout the session refer back to the still water and this will help bring you back to the present. 

Be open-minded.

 

Be curious, allow your current ideas to be challenged, have a desire to hear new perspectives and approaches. When we are open, we are open to learning new ways of thinking and processing. This is key to your healing journey. 

Be engaged.

 

The more you are engaged with your session, the more you will get out of it. Focus on your breath, scan your body, and embrace vulnerability. Allow yourself to feel subtle messages and share them with your practitioner as they release. Subtle messages may come as a twitch, memory, feeling or sensation.
