Diminishing the pain-body 1: Become aware of your emotions.
Everyone has a pain-body or a mass of accumulated energy intertwined with their own biofield. The density, however, changes from person to person. For some the pain-body is dormant and awakened occasionally while others seem to live in it.
Those who live in the frequency of the pain-body cannot remember life before the pain-body. They essentially think they are the pain-body. They are like a fish in a polluted bowl of water. They think that is just what life is and there is no other way of living. These individuals are consumed by negative mental chatter, limiting beliefs, and/or feel they must justify their existence on this earth because they don’t know their innate worth from just being alive. While these individuals experience true prolonged periods of darkness, they are also the ones that have a greater chance of confronting and dissolving the pain-body. These are the individuals who wake up and say, “Something has to give.”
Those who experience occasional disruptions of the pain-body may find there are certain triggers that seem to cause feelings of impatience, anger or frustration that are hard to shake off. While these individuals may not be consumed by these feelings, these eruptions can damage relationships with friends and family that can be hard to repair. If you continue to feed these experiences by feeding into the stories in your mind your pain-body will actually grow.
The key to dissolving the pain-body is learning to be in the present moment. By being present you become an observer of your emotions and the frequency of the pain-body dissipates. The purpose of this exercise is to start learning how to be present in the moment during these emotional disruptions.
Don’t forget, learning to be a more conscious person requires you to be patient and gentle on yourself.
Instructions: This is the first of 3 practices to help diminish the pain-body. Stay with this practice for a week then move on to the next.
Step 1: Become aware of your emotions.
Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. As you notice negative thoughts or feelings like anger, impatience, anxiety, irritation, depression or even the need to feed gossip arises in you take a figurative step back. Catch it in the moment. As you step back say to the pain-body “You are not me.”
Chances are you will have already been sucked down a negative mental chatter spiral for several minutes or even hours before you notice it. That’s ok. Eventually you will notice it earlier and earlier. The important part is that you are starting to become aware of your thoughts and emotions.
Energy healing through tuning forks is a powerful way to support the separation between you and the pain-body. The sessions help you to offload suffocating heavy energy and give you a chance to breathe. But the exercise here will help you to stop taking on more energy in the first place. For an optimal experience I suggest going through these exercises while also regularly seeing an energy healer.
